My local location closed. I should be able to cancel my membership without driving to store. If that location were convenient to me, I wouldn't be cancelling. I understand why you have a policy to make cancelling difficult, so people don't do it, but there should be an exception when you close a store.
Tried to be proactive and cancel my monthly membership and billing ahead of time while I was on a trip, so I called my local salon and they said I had to come in physically and sign some paperwork. I told them I was traveling and not able to do that, and no further help was offered. I got back from my trip, went into a salon to cancel in person, and then emailed someone to follow up. I received an email that my C Card info needed to be updated, I had to get a new card due to fraudulent charges on the previous one.
