This is to acknowledge JESSICA in Customer Service (Irving Tx)? for being such a kind, friendly and professional individual. I received an email that my C Card info needed to be updated, I had to get a new card due to fraudulent charges on the previous one. Corporate is terrible, they will never respond. Their billing systems is archaic and even if you update your payment method they will charge you $10 for any late fees. You cannot cancel over the phone. The employees never stay because they obviously don’t pay them well and so they never know how to do anything well… most don’t even greet you. This company is trash.
