I have been a customer at this salon for about a year and I have noticed that the bulbs probably haven't been changed since I joined!!! I went in their highest level bed the other day and there were at least 3 bulbs burnt out and one actually flickered while I was in the bed!!! Why am I paying $60 a month to get no color!?!? And beyond the beds...the managers are so rude to customers. I walk in and I feel like I am intruding and it usually takes about 5 minutes for someone to check me in. AH!
