Walked in this last Sunday and stood around with absolutely no acknowledgment for about 5 minutes so I just walked out.The bells rang when I did walk in at first.Stuff happens and maybe they didn't hear the Bell but that's kind of the whole point of the Bell now isn't it
Very upset with this salon. It has been over a week for them to get a hold of the maintenance department for a tanning bed repair. I pay a lot of money every month to tan in this bed at this location. The staff at Dickinson Location is awesome. However Not Happy With This Bed not being repaired. I'm sure I am not the only one who is not happy. Like I said membership is not cheap. Also I have been a good customer. I buy the lotions at this location too! They're not cheap either. Always enjoy coming to tan! Staff is always friendly and the beds are always hot and clean!!!
