This was a great experience, my first time to a Palm Beach Tan. I wasn’t really sure which package I wanted but Lauren explained everything to me, showed me everything and was so patient! I love all the services they offer and the tanning beds are great. Lauren was so sweet and had so much knowledge. I walked out happy and all my questions were answered. I will definitely be a long time customer!
I put in a cancellation request at the beginning of May with the manager Lauren. I was told everything was all set and I wouldn’t get charged at the end of May, end of May comes around and what happens??? IM CHARGED. After three days of trying to get a hold of the manager, she said that she was going figure out the refund and make it right. She also stated that she remembered filling out the request and for whatever reason it didn’t go through.It’s now been a month. I have no refund and haven’t heard back from anyone. I arrive at 8:35 to do a 5 min. spray tan, and I was informed that they started “taking down” the spray tan booth at 8:30. I have arrived at this time almost every time I have gotten a spray tan, and it’s NEVER been an issue. In my opinion, all services that a customer is paying for should be available until 9:00 which is when the establishment closes. I would have been out by 9 sure, so it was very frustrating.
