I put in a cancellation request at the beginning of May with the manager Lauren. I was told everything was all set and I wouldn’t get charged at the end of May, end of May comes around and what happens??? IM CHARGED. After three days of trying to get a hold of the manager, she said that she was going figure out the refund and make it right. It's such a nice place a little expensive but you feel good afterwards and the people that work there are very sweet especially the girl that signed me up she is just a wonderful person thank you
Stopped by here for my first time to go for a single session on 9/2/24 and the employee told me about a special that was 4 tans for $40. I hesitated, but then I went for it. I come back today, 9/17, to use one of my visits and am told that my visits expired. Never once was I made aware of any expiration date. Had I known I would have never bought the package. The employee today told me it was ok because one visit alone is $40 anyway. Is that supposed to make me feel better about the lies your store tells? Absolutely disguste... read more
