Tried to go in to get a one time 5- minute tanning bed session, and was pressured to get lotions, and an expensive membership. Decided to cancel it, and get a refund. Nobody has answered in 2 weeks, despite my multiple attempts. Unprofessional, and tried to scam me out of hundreds of dollars.

I had not been to this place in a while and in fact had been going to a competitor. I was pleasantly surprised at the differences here....the spray booth was warmed before I got in, they provided lip barrier, nose plugs and eye goggles (in addition to the barrier cream and hair cap that I get at the other place) But what I was truly impressed with was their honesty. Had such a great experience getting a spray tan for my friend’s wedding! We came in as a group of 4 including the bride and bridesmaids, and the girl at the front with blonde hair and glasses was so sweet and helpful (so sorry I totally spaced on her name!). She explained everything in detail, answered all of our questions, and made us all feel super comfortable. The whole experience was easy and stress-free, and our tans turned out amazing. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great spray tan experience!!

This was a great experience, my first time to a Palm Beach Tan. I wasn’t really sure which package I wanted but Lauren explained everything to me, showed me everything and was so patient! I love all the services they offer and the tanning beds are great. Lauren was so sweet and had so much knowledge. I walked out happy and all my questions were answered. I will definitely be a long time customer!
