I arrive at 8:35 to do a 5 min. spray tan, and I was informed that they started “taking down” the spray tan booth at 8:30. I have arrived at this time almost every time I have gotten a spray tan, and it’s NEVER been an issue. In my opinion, all services that a customer is paying for should be available until 9:00 which is when the establishment closes. I would have been out by 9 sure, so it was very frustrating. I put in a cancellation request at the beginning of May with the manager Lauren. I was told everything was all set and I wouldn’t get charged at the end of May, end of May comes around and what happens??? IM CHARGED. After three days of trying to get a hold of the manager, she said that she was going figure out the refund and make it right. She also stated that she remembered filling out the request and for whatever reason it didn’t go through.It’s now been a month. I have no refund and haven’t heard back from anyone. It's such a nice place a little expensive but you feel good afterwards and the people that work there are very sweet especially the girl that signed me up she is just a wonderful person thank you
