Paid my fees. Was told by some snotty girl that I had a balance which I didn’t. Then wouldn’t let me tan. I said I’ll call the manager. Her response was go ahead she won’t do anything. Then my step son walked who has long hair in she rolled her eyes and said oh great. So I left called and complained. Didn’t go in for 2weeks just to find her still working there. Shows how much they care about their customers. So I canceled my membership. Been going there for over a year never a problem till now

Paris and Kaleigh made my night! I got a bomb drop that we had a family picture the next day at noon. I knew I was on crunch time, as I’m pulling up… I’m thinking these girls are going to hate me coming in 12 mins before close… I walked in and they both greeted me with smiles and were so cool! I was in and out with spray tan in 10 mins and they never rushed me!!! and I even got a compliment on how great my tan look (as I was running out to “mom” again)! You girls ROCK!!! Thank you 🙏🏼🩷

This place was purchased with promises of improvement. There have been zero. It is just as chipped paint, dirty and run down as it ever has been. You can't get anyone on the phone and when you do, there is zero customer service from the corporate customer service. Might as well tan at the gym because it's included in the membership versus paying what it cost to eat out. How convoluted can you get for contact. This is exactly what I'm talking about. Tan at the gym and stop giving these lazy people your money.
