I've been using this salon only for pre-vacation tanning. So I always unfreeze my account for the month during or prior to a trip, and freeze again before going on the trip. I unfroze my account and signed my 14 year old daughter up for a new account. On one of our tanning days we froze our accounts for April and we both signed for this. I went in on 3/31 for a final tan and to ensure our accounts were frozen. They said mine was but hers was not.
