Always nice and clean. Wonderful staff.
I normally give 5 stars because this is one of the best tanning places I've been to but right now I'm 30 minutes to early and they wouldn't let me tan. Icame on my lunch hour to tan. I understand policies but 30 minutes doesn't hurt anyone. I used to run 2 tanning salons. Someone leniency can go a long way. That's what you get when new people start working these facilities. The equipment was down on my first visit. They told me to phone them before coming again. I phoned several times, but nobody answered. Just came back and the receptionist told me it was like $24 for a single session. Tried really hard to upsell me packages. I don’t live near here. What a joke!!!
I honestly didn’t catch her name, but the girl that was working tonight was so helpful and gave some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time! It’s been a while since I’ve been in the tanning world so I would consider myself a beginner again and she answered all of my million questions without hesitation and she helped me decide what option was best for me & ended up getting me a better deal than what i came in for! I hate to leave a bad review because the employees are nice but this location is in really bad shape. The air conditioner for the building has been broken for a loooong time. It’s 85 degrees in the building before you even start to tan (I checked the thermostat today). None of the air conditioners on the beds work. One of them starts out cold and then switches to blowing hot air after 2 minutes. The others just blow hot air the entire time.
