Staff is great and the tanning beds and rooms are always clean

I've been a Palm Beach Tan (Denver) member for years, and one of the main reasons I've stayed is the staff. Every employee I've interacted with has been friendly, professional, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable to talk with. Over the years, many of them have come to feel more like friends than simply employees. Their customer service is consistently outstanding, and they are a huge asset to the company. I grew up in Denver, so I sometimes come back during my college breaks. This is now the third time I have come to this location where the spray booth doesn’t even work. Not only is that very frustrating, especially with no notice posted on Facebook or anywhere else, but the entire interaction was very unprofessional. When I walked in, I explained to the worker that I was from a different area and gave her my code.
