I had been going to the same tanning salon since I was 18 and recently decided to I had t find a new place bc my previous place changed for the worse tover the last year or so and as much as I as I wasn’t looking forward to finding a new place to go this place has left me pleasantly surprised today was y second visit and other times the place has been really clean and the staff have been really friendly ad helpful and I’ve liked the beds both times I’m pretty sure found my new place to tan
Had a horrible experience with only one employee at this location so I canceled my membership due to the negative energy.
LOVEEEE this place, literally here everyday. The girls are amazing, so friendly and informative about lotions and the best ways to get darker while protecting my skin!! The beds are always super clean too.
Clean (most important) and you never have to wait unless you are looking for a very specific bed. Staff is good and most have been there for years. :-)
Shannon and Heather are hands-down, the best customer service representatives in the area, and not only in the Palm Beach Tan network. Over the 10 + years I have had a membership, I’ve had a handful of issues and these two ladies have taken the time to listen to my concerns and address them accordingly, and then go above and beyond.
