Shannon and Heather are hands-down, the best customer service representatives in the area, and not only in the Palm Beach Tan network. Over the 10 + years I have had a membership, I’ve had a handful of issues and these two ladies have taken the time to listen to my concerns and address them accordingly, and then go above and beyond. Honestly never would go to this location girls are always so stuck up was literally laughing at my as I was walking in the door then proceeded to tell me I can’t go longer then 7 minutes after I literally just went a day ago for 7 mins but yer I went to another location n could do full time
What a horrible tanning salon. The customer service is terrible and rude. They constantly try to sell their products and told me I could not use my tanning lotion. I purchased a monthly package and I went today Sunday morning to tan and it was closed. Their hours say they open at 10AM and I waited over 30 mins and no one opened the salon. I am trying to call and no one ever answers. I really miss Kimber tanz, this salon is terrible. I would not recommend it at all.

I want to give a big shout out to Candy. She only works there on Tuesday nights and she will go above and beyond to help her customers. I was there tonight and she was busy and she was able to juggle all of us and still keep a smile on her face and make you feel welcome.
