I never leave reviews, but I had to shout out the manager, Bridget at the JI location. I mentioned to her that I only had a few days left before a tropical trip and not only did she come up with a game plan to maximize my tan in time, but she put notes under my profile, so other employees would know what I needed to do when she was not present. A+++ service!
Ridiculous policy that the only way to cancel your membership is to come in person and “sign a bunch of forms”. I hadn’t used my membership in 4 months and tried to cancel multiple times via online form, email, and phone call, and they said it had to be me in person to sign forms. Even when out of town for a long time, it still was not allowed, and they wouldn’t let my husband come in and cancel for me. The best staff! So friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable in all their products and services they offer! The best spray tan I’ve ever had, beds are always clean, stocked and bulbs are well maintained and changed frequently to ensure the best natural color I’ve ever had!! 15/10 I love PBT JI!!
