Super laid back and easy going. The bed she placed me in (#6? I believe?!)....... I was like 6 mins HA....fine. But, it was one of the nicest most effective beds I've used! Tha nk you Abby! Can't wait to get it spray tan today :) **Pretty sure irregardless of spray tan, you got another Palm Beach Regular hehe! **great selection of lotions surprisingly and various vendors (like to have my options open lol)! Walked in at 7:44 to tan for 7min, the young lady at the counter was helping another customer. After 10 minutes of her, not being able to assist that other customer, she looked over to me and said that I would not be able to tan because she has to be out of the building at 8 PM because that’s when they close. I looked down at the time and said it is 7:59 and questioned why I wasn’t told that when I walked in at 7:44. This is the second time this has happened with the same employee. I came in and Denise and Abbi at PBT at Folly Beach location were so kind and helpful. They both made me feel welcome and they were extremely helpful. Definitely the place to go for a great tan and wonderful customer service experience. 5 stars !

I can’t say enough good things about Abi. She is always helpful and friendly when I come in to the store. I would highly recommend this particular store. My interactions with Abi make my day a little brighter.
