Been using PBT for awhile now pretty degrading and weird exit had today. Whoever worked the front desk doesn’t know how to speak properly or know how to explain memberships very well or a simple concept. I think a refresher is definitely needed for the front desk lady. Didn’t make me want to go back. I think her name was Lorena
