Katelyn was exceedingly rude and condescending to me and her fellow employees during my visit. The rest of the staff seemed nice and the place was clean.

Nice beds and great location but most often a clunky account/check-in experience due to systems and process + oftentimes the staff is trying to upsell expensive high margin product that then creates urgency, and a tension bottleneck up front. Also the pricing model is built to force subscriptions which then make it extremely difficult to make changes, suspend, or cancel; all of which you have to come in to the location to do.
