THIS PLACE SMELLS SO BAD. The girls are so nice, but management must not care about them at all bc they make them sit in there smelling like sewer ALL DAY. It smells like this on and off every time I come. I’ve heard multiple customers complain. ITS SO BAD. It’s been consistently this bad for over a week. It hits you as soon as you walk in. The employees try to be accommodating but the smell will make you sick. It smells like bad eggs and sewer. Has to be a health code violation somewhere
Love this location. Staff is amazing and so friendly. Never pressuring you to buy products but always offering and making sure you have what you need. I love coming in, it just makes my day better. Highly recommend this location!
i came in asking about the difference memberships and the girl at the front raina was very informative and helpful on the different options. sweet girl and clean place! will be back
I have been to several PBT's. This location was awesome… Very clean… Great amenities- Mirrors and chairs in the rooms. Very kind and helpful manager. Hope to visit again
By far the best tanning experience! I’ve been a part of Palm Beach Tanning for over 10 years now. The staff is always friendly and so helpful. I can definitely tell that within the past year with Gitana as the manager, the environment has gotten even better!
