I have been to several PBT's. This location was awesome… Very clean… Great amenities- Mirrors and chairs in the rooms. Very kind and helpful manager. Hope to visit again
By far the best tanning experience! I’ve been a part of Palm Beach Tanning for over 10 years now. The staff is always friendly and so helpful. I can definitely tell that within the past year with Gitana as the manager, the environment has gotten even better!
Best location in the Charlotte area, period! I’ve been spray tanning every week for over a year with PBT & have tried several other locations. This is the only one where I truly feel valued as a customer. The store manager and staff are incredibly welcoming. What really sets this location apart is that the team never comes across as overly sales-focused like some other locations. I went to another location yesterday to sign up for an all access pass. I was rushed feeling weird I spent so much money and was not educated on various services that would be available to me. So today I called around to other locations and the University City location was honestly top tier customer service.
