I purchased a membership with south beach tan in 2023. I went to utilize the membership in march 2025. I was not informed of the buyout nor that my membership would end. If I would have known that, I would have used the tans I had purchased. I called the office and the women who answered was very nice. But she essentially said there was nothing they could do about that and they would not honor what I had purchased. Upsetting that there was NOTHING they would be willing to do even though I was not in the wrong.
My account was moved when South Beach Tan left Charlotte. When I transferred to Palm Beach and went to set up my membership, there was a problem with the charges on my account. The store manager, Carrie, helped me fix the charges and took the extra initiative to reach out to her boss to make sure I was happy with the results. She’s always so friendly when I see her at the store, too. Thank you Carrie!
Love this place because they make me feel welcome. No matter which salon I attend, the staff is always cheerful!
