I’ve been coming here on and off for many years and usually have had a decent experience, which is why this is disappointing to write. I returned today after a couple of months and noticed the stand-up bed had 17 bulbs out…. The last time I was here, there were already 6 bulbs out, so it doesn’t appear that the issue has been addressed. Wish I would have been warned before hand. The staff are great! But… there are quite a few bulbs out in the stand-up unit so it’s very uneven. Has been that way for a long time. It’s surprising that it has not been fixed. I would rate it higher if the bulbs had been replaced…
12 lamps burnt out on the stand up booth. Was 8. Told mngr. Now 12 as of 1/22/26
An amazing salon with amazing staff so very helpful and well educated in the knowings of the salon!!!! Also the manager is well equipped and knowledgeable on everything I have ever inquired of her!!! Thank you for an amazing experience!!!!
