Went from three stores to one. Now almost every visit there is a wait time. Basically providing less service for the same price. Used to be a good company but greediness has ruined the experience. Would not recommend This is not at all a reflection of the staff
The staff is always kind and helpful when I arrive. The rooms, towels and beds are always clean.
This PBT location is the absolute best. Everyone who works there is so kind and friendly. It’s very clean and you’re always greeted with a smile. I highly recommend them.
Morgan and the girls are amazing!
They make it very inconvenient to pause or cancel membership. Closed my location and now I have to go to a different location in person to get them to quit charging my card.
