If I could give 0 stars for this location, I would. The staff was rude, unable to fix issues with the tanning app, 2 of my tans were used by someone else and this location refused to explain what happened. Thank god for the League City location looking into my complaint and addressing my concerns. Ill drive 30 minutes to use that location.

June 17, ($106.54 = $89.99+ tax for diamond level) Go in on July 07 to be told I had a balance of $54.07 for June.. HOW MUCH SENSE DOES THAT MAKE??? I asked for the number to corporate billing only to be told to go to the website and was basically dismissed confused. The young girl was rude, unpleasant, dismissive, and quite aloof.
