Amazing experience! I have a monthly subscription for spray tans. I came in recently for a spray tan with the VersaSpa (my go-to) and there ended up being an issue with the machine. I let the front desk know (Emily) and she let me try the machine one more time to see if it worked but it unfortunately did not. She let me know about another machine in the salon (Sunscape) and all of the options that are available with the machine, including the additional cost which was helpful. My elderly Mother purchased buy 1 get 1 spray tan and it expired. I called the front desk to see it they would honor it to her as she is forgetful and had covid during that time. Front desk called manager to get approval and she did not approve her to come in and use it. Awful customer service to be treating an elderly person that way. Wow.
