Revolving door of new employees. Simple check-in turns into a major ordeal the past few weeks. Please train them to turn the music on as well.

Not many tanning places to choose from in Hickory or I would recommend going elsewhere. Be aware, you have to keep a cc on file and if you get issued a new cc or your cc is compromised and for some reason your monthly payment doesn't go through, they will charge you a $10 rejection fee. A bit excessive if you ask me. I had a compromised cc that I didn't know about and they charged it and it didn't go through, so $10 rejection charge. Visited here recently and the staff was wonderful! Allie, Amber, and Kennedy took the time to explain the benefits of the different products and beds they had to find what was best for me! Super clean, and great vibes, will probably end up being a member one of these days!
