Went this past weekend, was greeted by Hailey with beyond rude customer service. The room and booth were both dirty with zero towels or anything on shelves. Will not be returning to any location until their standards for how they treat customers are higher than what I experienced. Would recommend saving your money and going anywhere, but here.
Just changed my package to tanning yesterday!! Spent another 40 bucks n tanning lotion and was told to come back at 7:45 today to tan again. Go in only to be told I can’t tan until 7:56 and they close at 8 so I can’t tan!!!! I can only tan for 8 mins and poor little Madalyn would rather a costumer cancel their member ship $50 plus a month than stay 4 more minutes! Love the aqua mist beds…. Makes the tanning session more bearable! Upgrade to the Diamond package. Well worth it!
I get the VIP treatment during every visit! The girls make me My tan makes me look and feel great! The experience is worth your time!
Although the ladies working there are nice and the beds are the best ever,I had to cancel my membership with Palm Beach Tan. I've been a member since December and ive only tan 4 times ,the lady told me yesterday that I couldn't lay. I said why,she said u can lay in about another hour. I had just got off work and I drove an hour and 15 mins to tan and she gonna tell me I can't.
