I normally use the sauna in Fenton but the older lady that works there (I think she is a manager) is absolutely wretched to deal with and is extremely rude and condescending. So to avoid her I drove to Arnold to use their location and the sauna ended up being a waste of time. They activated the halo salt pod immediately and the time on the sauna while the sauna was still cold. The halo pod was wasted as was my time. My 40 minutes expired before the sauna got anywhere close to the 175 degree temperature. Absolute waste of tim... read more
