The staff are always so kind to me and my family. I enjoy coming to tan here
Horrible women behind counter extremely rude, went against policy to assert her own control seemed to get a kick out of it and upon reading others reviews seems like her attitude is a common complaint. I’m not who she is to the business but she thinks she’s someone special girl it’s a tanning salon. Will not return to this facility refuse to support it and will be calling corporate as they should reconsider the image this store is portraying of them.
I have been a loyal customer at this location for years, but after my experience today, I will be rethinking that loyalty. About two and a half weeks ago, I was given a one-month free upgrade, which I had been using several times a week. However, when I went in today, just as the sweet girl behind the counter was about to set me up in my usual upgraded bed, the store manager, Allison, rudely interrupted to inform me that my free upgrade had been a mistake and that I would no longer be receiving it.
