A few months ago, this place would have easily gotten five stars from me. Unfortunately, something has seriously changed. Over the past couple of months, there’s been a big shift in management and staff, and not for the better. The former manager, Ava, who is no longer there, was wonderful. If I could give this place NO stars, I would. I’ve been a loyal member of this business for years, but that ended today. I walked in with my son for a spray tan and was abruptly told to “get him out” because he “wasn’t allowed” to be there. This was news to me, especially since he has been in the salon before. To confirm, I called several other tanning salons, all of which stated that children are permitted to sit in the waiting area. I have never felt so degraded or discriminated against. Ava is my absolute favorite. She is always has a smile on her face and is soooo sweet. Today o left my watch in the room and she called to make sure that I came back and grabbed it there’s not a lot of sweet honest people left in this world, and I’m glad that I go to a Italian salon that has one of the few.
Such great customer service!
