DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!..! They make you jump through hoops to cancel. I used this place twice and they charged me for 3 months. I called to cancel on March 31st and they told me I had to do it in person. I go in on April 1st and they tell me because I did not cancel on the 31st I have to pay for April. And they just debited for May.
I love Maya! I’m bummed that she’s not at Lake Forest anymore but I’m glad I found her here. She’s always super nice and helpful.
A few months ago, this place would have easily gotten five stars from me. Unfortunately, something has seriously changed. Over the past couple of months, there’s been a big shift in management and staff, and not for the better. The former manager, Ava, who is no longer there, was wonderful.
