I have been tanning here for over 10 years and recently moved to this area. I arrive to the store 18 mins prior to the store closing as I understand it’s not ideal. However, I ask to spray and they told me they have taken the last spray of the night and I am unable to spray. Beyond frustrated from a customer of at least 10 years and I have a platinum membership. I will never come to this store in prosper. Whoever is the manager needs to be reported to corporate.

I used to tan all the time in the Flower Mound and Lewisville locations. Every time I went to either of these locations, the staff was great. Unfortunately, we moved north up to Celina and this staff is the worst. I think I’ve had one or two girls in the last several months of my new membership who have been sort of nice. They all seem like customers are a nuisance. I will be finding a different place or tan at a different location, which sucks because the one in prosper is just a few miles from my home. Not very impressed… the girls at the counter were very kind, but I got the “rapid enhance” tan and rinsed off after 5 hours, and all color has completely left. It’s like I didn’t get a spray tan at all. Would not spend $70 again to look the same as I did before.
