I said 8 minutes multiple times and the brunette girl working put me in the tanning bed for 4 and wouldn’t fix it, and said I couldn’t go in for the time I said bc she already put it in system.it was her mistake and said I have to wait till tomorrow to talk to the manager. I’ve never had this issue before at any locations. I’m really disappointed bc I’m paying for it, I should get what I ask for, when I called she wasn’t nice on the phone and wouldn’t help at all. And said I hear what I heard. Do not go here

This place is a scam. I was told when I signed up I would get 50% off. When I heard the charge I was surprised, she told me she emailed me a receipt. Complete lie. I called back the next day, they said I didn’t get 50% off and was overcharged $100. She asked if I wanted a credit for a future expense. I said no I want my money back. They never gave it back and didn’t credit my next months membership either lol. I would never do business with a shop like this because you can’t trust them.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!..! They make you jump through hoops to cancel. I used this place twice and they charged me for 3 months. I called to cancel on March 31st and they told me I had to do it in person. I go in on April 1st and they tell me because I did not cancel on the 31st I have to pay for April. And they just debited for May.
