EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE MANAGEMENT. This is unrelated to the products, but I feel it is as important and is completed directed to the manager of this location, Carrie. My 18 yr old daughter was hired ONE WEEK AGO by Carrie and was supposed to start work today (her first job ever, by the way). Upon arriving, the manager almost immediately asked her if she planned to tan while working there, a question that completely took my daughter by surprise. Popped in around noon today for my daughter’s and my very first spray tan at Palm Beach, and let me tell you—we were glowing before the tan even started. The lady working was a total MVP! Super helpful, super fast, and somehow managed to be everywhere at once like a customer service ninja. She made us feel totally comfortable (even though we were basically one step away from being human paint canvases). Thank you!
Staff is nice & friendly. Facility is clean & the beds are in great condition. Prices are a little high, but that's everywhere you go now. Definitely recommend.
