I purchased the sauna membership and did a free one time trial session before. The sauna was pre-heated to 120 and went up from there so overall a great experience. However, after that, the staff did not pre-heat the sauna and it didn’t get very warm until the session was nearly over. I addressed my concerns with the manager and she indicated they were only allowed to pre-heat 10 minutes in advance, which isn’t adequate for it to warm up. My spouse purchased a sauna membership a few months ago to help with symptoms of seasonal affective disorder, inflammation, and pain. She was hopeful that it would be a calm space away from her work and three children and looked forward to going. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I went to this location for the sauna and red light therapy because I am not a regular tanner. After the first session the music in the sauna stopped working and no one cared. I was yelled at for staying in the room for too long after treatment, and when I apologized for the inconvenience but asked for alternate accommodations in case I was feeling anxiety or vertigo, no one provided an alternate solution and I was told to also not use the bathroom for too long because there’s ... read more
