Purchased a package that expired in 90 days. Asked for an extension of seven days because I was out of town. Hard and fast no- will not return. Brutal!!
The base membership here allows you to tan in a tanning bed from the 1970s, you will have to tan twice as much to achieve any kind of color. Seriously the tanning booths and beds are better at your local corporate gyms than at this place. Go to golds or planet fitness to tan they actually change the bulbs and have basically brand new beds and booths for the same price monthly. Some of the employees here are nice others are snobby and rude.
Stopped to try this place out. The person at the front desk was nice and showed me around, but said they only sold packages and I could only buy a 2pk (two tans) not a single tan or try a complimentary tan even though i mentioned i saw it offered. I left and checked and online front and center is an offer to try ANY service free any time of day. I would have paid for one, but didn't like that they advised a free single service and then in person say you have to buy a minimum of two. I dont want to commit two buying two packs... read more
