I purchased a membership here for sauna. They don’t ever answer the phone nor do they take online bookings so I don’t know how to make an appointment. I’ve called and called and maybe 1/8 times they answer and I can get an appointment- they need online booking because if not my membership is basically worthless if I can’t even get an appointment. Staff is friendly, things are clean and neat, and enuf beds to not wait long if at all...
Spray tan cut off around edges of my face because of the shower cap. When I went back to let them know what happened and ask for help evening it out, they tried to sell me a $40 bottle of self tanner to take home with me. I was not told how to optimally position the shower cap before the tan and had no idea this could happen. The manager had nothing else to say except “Yeah….sorry….yeah”. Never coming back to this location ever.
