If you are going anywhere else to tan or spray tan you're absolutely missing out!!!! All the girls are so kind and very educated by answering any questions you have! The beds are so good and the spray tan booth is GREAT!!!!!
I have had several negative experiences with Katelyn at Palm Beach Tan. During multiple visits, I felt pressured to purchase products even after repeatedly declining. On more than one occasion, the amount I was charged did not match what I was initially told, and I later noticed discrepancies when checking my bank account. In addition, I have witnessed Katelyn raising her voice at other employees while customers were present in the store, which created an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment.
