The manager Hannah is awesome! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable! I have been coming to PBT Medina for at least 15 years! Love this place! They have been voted the best in Medina for a reason!
Love coming to see Brielle, Kelsey, and Becca. Always have a smile on their face and love chatting with them. The manager never looks me in the eyes. I’ve walked past her a handful of times and she does not even speak. Always has a sour look on her face. She doesn’t greet or say goodbye just stands around.
I told them I only wanted one month. They said I could cancel anytime or freeze the account. I moved and had no place near me gave me a number to call. Dale was no help gave me a credit for them which was no use to me. You have to cancel in person and I didn’t have time for that. Would not recommend they had way more time to go over selling products and didn’t care about terms and conditions.
