I’ve held back from writing this review for a while now. I’m extremely disappointed with the new management at this location. I have been coming here for years and always enjoyed seeing the smiling faces at the front counter. The new manager has made me hate walking into this facility. I won’t name HER by name, but I really hope someone of a higher up sees this. She is one of the rudest “managers” I have ever encountered. I’ve tanned at a lot of places, but nothing compares to Palm Beach Tan, especially now that they have the K11 AIR tanning bed. I’m obsessed! This thing is amazing and you can tell the difference instantly. The glow is unreal, even, and golden. It also lasts longer than any other tan I’ve ever had.
