Poor service when you have to wait on a tanning bed that’s not being used but being held for someone that’s using another service here and not even ready to use the bed. Time to start looking elsewhere to tan.
The red light bed, hydromassage, and wellness options have been life changing for my chronic health issues and recovery. Maddi and Hannah make you feel like family from your very first step in the door, and were so helpful in finding out what would be best for me.
Love everything! Came in to buy a tanning package.. But Hanna showed me a whole new self care life. Absolutely love the sauna, red light therapy, the propanel bed in addition to tanning. The team is awesome and a special hats off to Hanna who is constantly doing the work of five people every time I see her.
First time in the R11 red light bed! Only in Medina. Thank you, Hannah - best manager ever! Love her and her staff. Cleanest, friendliest salon around.
Best tanning experience by far! The staff is extremely knowledgeable of products and services and ensure a safe experience. Hannah and Kelsey are amazing!
