I really hate to say bad things about places or people. But palm beach tan is not fair to us that go regularly. You can ask any of the girls that work there how long I've been going. I've been going to the Long Beach location right at 2 years regularly. Since I've been going there has only been maybe 12 new bulbs put in the tanning beds throughout the whole store maybe 12 I may be stretching it. Staff are great and there are enough beds that you rarely have to wait even when the place is busy.
I love Pamm Beach. I literally wish I worked here. Their employees are always so genuine and are there to help for all of your tanning needs. They are very knowledgeable about the equipment and products. But to be honest, my favorite part about Palm Beach is feeling like a valued customer and the friendliness of the associates.
