They will take your money! I have been a member for over 3 years and went in person to cancel my membership at the beginning of July. They told me I was too late to cancel for July, but my membership will terminate at the end of July. I signed cancellation on the pin pad and left. August 1, my account was debited for my monthly membership and I called immediately.It is now 2 weeks later and I am still trying to get this resolved. Frustrated with service. I went in to unfreeze my account and never got my ID back. It’s now after 6 PM on a Saturday and the store is closed. The hours on top of this mistake on the rep and myself not getting it back really ruined my Saturday night. May cancel my account after this
