They will take your money! I have been a member for over 3 years and went in person to cancel my membership at the beginning of July. They told me I was too late to cancel for July, but my membership will terminate at the end of July. I signed cancellation on the pin pad and left. August 1, my account was debited for my monthly membership and I called immediately.It is now 2 weeks later and I am still trying to get this resolved.
