Frustrated with service. I went in to unfreeze my account and never got my ID back. It’s now after 6 PM on a Saturday and the store is closed. The hours on top of this mistake on the rep and myself not getting it back really ruined my Saturday night. May cancel my account after this
I’ve been coming to Palm Beach Tan for several years and have always had great service and experiences. Lexi is ALWAYS so cheerful, friendly, helpful and the ultimate professional! She remembers how I tan and recommends what beds and time amount will best suit my tanning needs. She is great!!
