unprofessional, judgy, they don’t disclose info about what you’re signing for payment but disclose everything else. their spray tan machine is splotchy even after u spend an extra few hundred dollars on additives and the extender. can’t even cancel over the phone and now i’m being charged for not one but two crappy tans that i don’t even want, but i will get them bc obviously im being charged lmao
Have normally only had great experiences here, but today they tried to tell me I had already tanned today (I had not) and refused to help me or figure out why it would say that. The lady was incredibly unhelpful and made it very clear she did not care. Called my regular tanning location and they told me it does not show I had tanned today and they have no idea why this location would have told me that. I understand technology issues but making no effort to help a customer or trouble shoot an issue on their end is crazy to me... read more
I’ve had nothing but GREAT experiences at this location, but today when I called the girl that answered the phone was so rude I really wanted to cancel and never come back. I will go to another location which sucks because this one is super convenient but today’s customer service was awful!
