As a high paying member for months now, I am extremely disappointed today. I have purchased numerous ridiculously expensive lotions at this place and they've all been wonderful. Last week, one of the wonderful girls told me about a special they were having on the most ridiculously priced lotion that they were currently promoting, telling me that it was aimed greatly towards the eczema that I suffer from (why I use Palm Beach in the first place, for red light to treat my severe eczema). Became a new customer today after work. Cora & Maddy were SO sweet and made me feel right at home! Looking forward to future visits! Great place! Very clean and has a great vibe!
This location continues to have staffing challenges. Lots of turnover. Unfriendly staff and many times they’re not able to open at 8am. Many people waiting patiently for someone to arrive to open 30 minutes after their posted opening time. This occurred multiple days in a row last month and it seems to be a trend again today.
