This location continues to have staffing challenges. Lots of turnover. Unfriendly staff and many times they’re not able to open at 8am. Many people waiting patiently for someone to arrive to open 30 minutes after their posted opening time. This occurred multiple days in a row last month and it seems to be a trend again today. I would give zero stars if I could. The staff at this Palm Beach Tan location are horrible. I've been in there 3 times the past week, as a paying PBT member with active subscription. I asked twice to try the Red Light therapy bed and they wouldn't let me. PBT has had a promotion on their website for a free service of ANY kind (including red light therapy).
