Went to tan. Waited several minutes with one person in front of me. Was told had to wait 3 minutes. After 12 minutes and 8 other people being given a bed. With the last person in the line was given the bed I usually use. I waited again the girl behind the counter began to look at her phone. I got up and told her to cancel my tan. After getting home, I look at my app and I still can't tan for 24 hours. Very bad customer service. Still no tan! Ridiculous
My favorite place to tan! It’s always so clean and everyone is so nice! Never leave disappointed and always have a good tan after using the beds!
