Palm Beach Tanning employees do NOT disclose their cancellation policy verbally and/or in writing to their customers when signing up. The staff should be more friendly with customers when they cancel and disclose the policy verbally and with a written copy. If handled properly cancelling customers today might return at a later time, however after this last experience myself and/or family will NOT be back. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and/or CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) if not resolved
Had a strange experience here. Normally when I tan I go to the Lebanon location but because I was close to the area, I came to this one. Came in to ask about pricing the girl with blonde girl who’s name tag said MIT i forgot her name came off as if she did not think I could “afford” the memberships as she was explaining them to me. Overall made me feel down on my self in a way because I have never experienced something like this before at an establishment.
