I’ve always had great service at the Crescent Springs location but after being a member for over a year now, today I cancelled my membership. The girl at the Independence location named Rayne has been nasty to me the last 3 times I went there. Today I had my 10 year old daughter with me and she would not let her sit in the lobby while I tanned for 8 minutes. There are no signs stating that kids can not sit in the lobby. . I haven't had great experiences with other Palm Beach locations in the past, but the Independence location is phenomenal! The customer service here is great, and the red light hybrid bed is amazing. I highly recommend them :)
