I have been a loyal Palm Beach Tan member since 2023 and have consistently used the Eastgate, Anderson, and Cold Spring locations. I started going to the Cold Spring location because I attend Northern Kentucky University, so it was the most convenient location during school. Honestly, I tolerated how poorly this store is run simply because it was close to campus. I’ve always had a good experience here and the girls are so sweet but yesterday was different. I was going in for a spray tan, I was getting checked in they were training a girl, she was very sweet and helping me but she got confused and needed some help. I patiently waited when a girl swooped in not realizing my needs. she explained that my account was frozen and I needed to upgrade my membership. I was so confused because I was getting a spray tan so I said “Ok.. i’m confused” and she replied with “You’re confused?!😐” I w... read more
My daughter just left there and they charged her $50 for a $30 service, and didn’t offer her the first time free offer advertised. She called out there and they said they wouldn’t do anything about it. They took advantage of a 18 year old girl. Buyer beware
3 stars just because depending on who’s working, depends on the service you get. Multiple of the girls at the desk are unfriendly and make it seem like an annoyance that you’re there. Just unfortunate because I love this locations beds.
