I’ve always had a good experience here and the girls are so sweet but yesterday was different. I was going in for a spray tan, I was getting checked in they were training a girl, she was very sweet and helping me but she got confused and needed some help. I patiently waited when a girl swooped in not realizing my needs. she explained that my account was frozen and I needed to upgrade my membership. I love this location I’ve been coming here about a year or so now. There is hardly ever a wait & I go all different hours of the day & week if I ever did wait it was no less than 5 minutes. All the staff are so helpful & nice they always understand your questions & give the best recommendations for your skin tone & tan. It’s nothing but positive vibes from here & I’ve recommended a few people who also have great experience with palm beach.
They try to pressure you into buying a membership or a $42 SINGLE tanning session and don’t honor the promo on their website. Very rude as well.
Love the girls who work here! Only complaint is the mystic spray tan booth is so loud and I feel like doesn't work as well
Super friendly staff and the store seems very clean. I do wish there were newer spray tan booths and invest in a Versaspa Pro. My tan is nice and even. The staff is very helpful in finding your style and changing up your tan when you want to try something new.
