Very nice staff. But crazy policy. It is easier to reach God than someone by phone. I was trying to contact them to let them know my debit card was compromised, and I had to get a new one with a new number. I tried over over and over by phone. I have health issues due to brain surgery and could not go in at that time. Finally, around the fee debiting time, someone answered when the debit was declined. This is the BEST spray tanning booth from all the palm beach tanning places. And the lady was very nice. Will for sure be going back!
