Please train personnel to have awareness, this isn't happy hour chatting with high-school friends. It's a service people are paying for and don't want to hear your 10 min gab about high school drama while waiting for a 5 min tan.
Be careful if you want to freeze your account. You will still get charged a monthly freeze charge. If you cancel and want to start up again you pay a $25 start up fee every time. They need to come up with something for the people that only want to tan for special events so they aren't gouging them with fees every time. Corporate customer service is lackluster also.
