Recently stopped by to start a membership once my old salon closed. The lady was super nice and helpful with plenty of knowledge about their products. I didnt feel pushed to buy anything I didn't need and she didn't make me feel like I was just a sale. Thank you!

I have been a member at Palm Beach for 10 years. My membership was cancelled without warning. I got a new debit card and forgot to update the cards with palm beach (this was my fault). So I updated the card, the lady at the counter assisting was very nice but it took her several tries and me repeating numbers to her several times to update the card.
