Extremely Disappointed and Hurt – Literally and Emotionally I had a terrible and painful experience at Palm Beach Tanning in Crestview, FL, and I feel compelled to share it so others can be aware. On May 21, 2025, I visited this location for a red light therapy sauna session, trusting that the service would be safe and professionally managed.
