I have been a member at Palm Beach for 10 years. My membership was cancelled without warning. I got a new debit card and forgot to update the cards with palm beach (this was my fault). So I updated the card, the lady at the counter assisting was very nice but it took her several tries and me repeating numbers to her several times to update the card. I have been tanning with palm beach tan for YEARS! Multiple states multiple locations, I have never had an issue with ANY worker. The workers at the crestview location don’t even ask me my name because I come so often, I do the same thing everytime, everyone’s so nice! Everytime! But recently there has been a new girl, Emily, she rolls her eyes when I walk in, doesn’t greet me, has no joy in her voice like she hates her life, which I’m sorry but I didn’t do it!
