The salon technician did a wonderful job explaining everything step by step so I felt completely comfortable. She gave me plenty of time to pick my scent and choose exactly what I wanted, which made it feel really personalized instead of rushed. She is incredibly knowledgeable about tanning, skincare, and the various lotions, making it easy to find what I needed. Plus, she is just the sweetest person and makes the whole experience comfortable and fun. 10/10!"
The only issue I really have with them is that you cannot cancel or pause your membership online or over the phone. You have to go up there to do it which is a bit inconvenient. Otherwise I appreciated the service they offered and they did a great job.
