I haven’t been to an actual tanning salon in probably 15 years, but because I will be getting married in a little over a year, and would like to keep a good color year round, I decided to try Palm Beach Tan. From the moment I stepped in the door, I felt welcome! Brianna was so sweet and gave me a tour of each bed. She is very knowledgeable, and helped me choose what package would be best for me. I would recommend this place over and over! I can’t wait to continue my tanning experience here (:

I informed one of the staff members I intended to cancel my membership. She verbally told me that she had done so. Of course I checked my credit card statement the following month and was charged again. The manager has refused to call me back after requesting her to do so twice. I would never go back to their establishment again . They are terribly unprofessional.

Signed up for the membership a few weeks ago specifically for the spray tans. After only going twice, their spray tan booth was down. I came twice and each time the staff members would say it would be back up the next day. Finally after a third time, Erin from another location said she didn’t know when it would be back up and that the other locations were broken too. This is our 2nd purchase from Palm Casual. Their selection, quality and customer service are exceptional. When our patio furniture came in the umbrella wasn't ready so they gave us a "loaner". When the umbrella came in, 48hrs later, the store manager personally drove it to my home. It truly is a great experience and quality products.
