This is our 2nd purchase from Palm Casual. Their selection, quality and customer service are exceptional. When our patio furniture came in the umbrella wasn't ready so they gave us a "loaner". When the umbrella came in, 48hrs later, the store manager personally drove it to my home. It truly is a great experience and quality products.
I drove an hour to come in today between 3-4pm for a single spray tan and was turned away because “we are a membership based salon” so in order to get a single spray it would cost me “$90” supposedly. Mind you, I’ve been to palm beach tan many times and done this before in another state. I don’t live close enough to purchase a membership. And she just said “sorry but there are other places you could go to get a single spray tan”. Just started tanning here. The lady's are always friendly and answer any questions I have.
The atmosphere is great. The beds are fantastic
The girls that work there are so nice and helpful. Everything's always so clean and it's a pleasant atmosphere. I love tanning here
