Honestly no complaints about this establishment ... sure, they kind of go through different staff often ... but regardless ... in general everyone is so sweet, professional and always accommodating.
Lexi is awesome!!!! Always so nice and curious to clients. Never seen her upset. Always sweet
Can I just say, my experience at Palm Beach is the best tanning experience I've ever had! Their staff truly cares about the customers wants and needs and they take the time to explain packages and lotion options. I don't feel rushed, I feel appreciated. I've dealt with Michaella, Lexi, Mattie and Kylee and they are all amazing. I won't go anywhere else. Love it!
