I've read some of the less than stella reviews and they are just plain unfair. Waiting for my wife, I've witnessed firsthand the idiocy of some of these people as the insult and argue with the highly pleasant and professional staff of PBT NMB. Some of these people are tragically just stupid. Most act like they are owed something. The staff of Abby, Ava, Shannon, and Teresa are pleasant, professional, and very very patient with everyone they encounter. Where to start? Got sold a package I didn’t want then manager mentioned to me that I had to call corporate and defend myself from being sold something I didn’t want. She gave me an attitude. Then the bathroom didn’t work for days… clearly breaking the code but greed doesn’t care. Bad vibe.
