I was looking at the website to see what packages they offered. I saw an ad that said try one service free for new & returning customers. I tried calling this location to confirm, but no one answered the phone. I called Westwood and they said all locations were offering it. So I went to hope mills location and the girl said I couldn’t use that promotion because I had been there before (2yrs ago). Worst location of all the palm beach tan. Super rude staff. I used to love ocean rayz and the change in culture is really noticed
Rude, confrontational employees that make accusations when you don’t want their upsells. Very unprofessional.
Great first experience here. I bought a membership today and was super impressed! Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I'm looking forward to enjoying my membership at PBT!
