The Salon is clean and friendly service!!
This location is not very accommodating for military members who are not always available to come in person to sign so-called “mandatory” documents just to freeze, unfreeze, or cancel a membership. I informed the salon ahead of time that I was moving and needed to freeze my account, but I was never told that I would later be required to physically come in and sign paperwork to unfreeze it after relocating.
