Amazing beds! I’ve lived all over and haven’t seen beds this good since Nashville, TN! Staff is always so nice even when they are busy with a line of tanners. They are Helpful and apologetic when there is a wait. So glad I got a package here!
BEST place to tan. Love the ladies there especially Larkin she always has a smile and is so friendly. Amy is a great manager. The only thing that bothers me is sometimes there is only 1 girl working and they are running their butts off. Also they close late by themselves and it is super dark out front and then them parking on the side is not okay. I would not be okay with my child doing it. But that is my only concerns. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Palm Beach Tan. I was signed up for the wrong membership despite clearly stating what I wanted. The woman that signed me up went back and forth with me multiple times and was trying to up-sale me the entire time when I was clear about what I wanted to begin with. I went in today expecting to get a spray tan with my unlimited package and they stated I was not eligible for the membership after they signed me up a week ago. They are so so sweet and very friendly they have the best service and the beds are amazing the place is so clean and smells amazing,I just love them!!
