I went to Palm Beach Tan expecting a relaxing visit, but instead got treated with pure disrespect. The two girls working had the most disgusting attitudes—sour faces, rolling eyes, and zero professionalism. I brought guests with me, and they were equally shocked by how rude and dismissive the staff was. No greeting, no courtes just straight up nasty behavior like we were a burden. I've been here twice, and each time I was not disappointed!! My tan has turned out amazing both times. One of the employees I met was super sweet and extremely helpful with the tanning process. I didn't quite catch her name, but she was tall and had brown hair and brown eyes. The store is quite clean and all the staff were wonderful. Definitely would recommend this location for your next tan!

I highly recommend using the Palm Beach Tan Tomball Location. It’s been so long since I’ve tanned and in all honesty If I did I used planet fitness Because of the hours are more accommodating for my work schedule. But unfortunately for planet fitness they don’t do spray tans and I was in dire need of a tan ASAP for an event. I flew in from west Texas as I work in the oilfield and time wasn’t in my favor nor doing research on spray tans.
