OMG WHERE TO START! THEIR NORTHPORT LOCATION IS RIDICULOUS! I GO IN ALMOST EVERYDAY ON MY LUNCH BREAK, THEY CONTINUOUSLY PUT ME IN THE WORST BEDS (9&10) EVERY TIME! WELL TODAY WAS MY LAST DAY SO I WAS GOING TO TAN AND CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP. NOT ONLY DID THEY TRY TO PUT ME IN BED 9 ONCE AGAIN AND I REFUSED AND SAID I WANTED 16 OR ONE ON THAT SIDE. Came in to use one of my 4 prepaid tans I purchased once when I came in for a quick tan, was given a great sales pitch on how I could save money instead of paying per individual tan. I wasn’t sure due to it not being my home salon but just close by work, regardless I went ahead and did the purchase. Today I was told it expired, who ever got the sales did not explain this portion of the purchase. I would of been fine buying as needed, now contacting their corporate office to see if they can honor the services purchased.

I have been going to the Littleton on Bowles location for three years, The Employees at this location are such a joy . I love this location. I come in here every couple days and the service is awesome. Normally it’s Jamie greeting me at the door with a huge smile on her face everyday. She is very sweet and a great person to have at the tanning salon. They need more people like her !
BEWARE of the North Myrtle Beach SC location. Get your membership cancelation in WRITING. They owe me $115.42 for a charge after I cancelled .
BEWARE. Do not buy a package of tans or sprays like I did. They will disappear. Nick has sold me 2 very expensive packages in which the first one just disappeared after 2 tans no one knows why. The 2nd package of sprays and tans were sold to me again over 100$ on the premise no expiration date which I made certain of because I was leaving the country for a long beach vacation the next day.
