They upsold a “two for one” spray tan set and conveniently forgot to mention that it expired within a month. Waste of money, deceptive sales tactics. Will not go back.
I went in one day to go tan and everything was off the shelf as they stated that day was the last day they would be open… I feel like an email or something on the app just some type of notification would’ve been nice to give people a chance to cancel their membership because now nobody’s gonna wanna drive to the next city over just to tan every day… I went ahead and went to the garland location yesterday to cancel my membership Since you have to do it in person. Went today to go tan today just to learn that this location has closed. Was there last week and have had a membership for years and there was no mention of this location closing! Trying to cancel my membership now but of course no one there so that I can do this. Horrible customer service since this changed from Planet Tan to PBT!
Update: The company merged with Palm Beach Tan. I'm not a give fan of their new hours. It's difficult to get there before 7 on the weekends. But I guess they can't make everyone happy. Been going there for years. My only complaint, and it's company wide not just this location, they switch out their employees quarterly. Just when I get used to them, they get moved. Other than that, I like this place!
