Staff was really nice, however my spray tan did not even last a day… really disappointed

The Westport location is quite literally the worst-run salon I’ve ever been to. The last time I went, I was told I couldn’t tan for the number of minutes I wanted because I hadn’t visited their tanning salon in over a month (even though I had been tanning elsewhere). I understand offering a suggestion or “professional” advice, but this is a service I’m paying full price for—I should be allowed to use my membership as I see fit. Seems like a person that’s new to bed&spray tanning like me can’t be welcomed, due to the way whoever answered the phone is speaking to new customers
