The customer service I received today was outstanding. Jillian from Westport/Stamford CT is an excellent embassador for the company. I became a member a few days ago, but only understood what my membership offered today when Jillian took the time to let me know about all its perks. I visited for the first time and was really disappointed by the service. I’ve never had a spray tan before, so I asked a few questions, but the woman assisting me was rude and condescending in her responses. Because of how I was treated, I wouldn’t return or recommend this place. I won’t share her name incase she was having a bad day, but based off the reviews it seems reoccurring.

I think it’s a requirement if you work there to be absolutely just miserable
Called to schedule an appointment but felt the customer service did not want to be working and I was looking to be a long term client. Guess I should look elsewhere
