My friends and I had a great first time l experience ! I wish I remembered the name of the woman who helped us at the front desk. She was running the whole place all by herself while it was so busy. She did such a good job of being on top of everything and being friendly. Will def be back here 🤗

Jillian truly takes the time to explain each machine in detail and provides the most thoughtful, personalized guidance on how to use them effectively. Her expertise and care make all the difference. Jordan is an outstanding asset to you company. I got to the stratford, and stamford locations as well. Out of all the the employees in all of the locations, she is the best. She always remembers people by name. She is always friendly, cheerful, helpful and Efficient. I am a bit baffled by my experience with this salon. In August, I came in with the expectation to do a couple of sessions before moving out of state. The representative suggested that I do a monthly membership because it’s “more economical” - I told her that I didn’t want to do this because I often forget to cancel, and she told me that she would put a note on my account to cancel the membership so I wouldn’t have to remember this.
