Staff is soooooo nice and patient and knowledgeable
My experience with Palm Beach Tan has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the beginning, there were issues with how my information was handled. Every time I visited the tanning salon, they couldn't find my account easily despite providing identification. It turns out they had my first name put in as "Angela" initially which is not my name or even the name on my license! Then, later my last name mysteriously was misspelled. Deana provided my with the upmost excellent level Of customer service. I don’t spray tan often, and I didn’t know what color to do however Deana created a blend and it came out absolutely AMAZING. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Deana. She went above and beyond to help me!
