Staff is soooooo nice and patient and knowledgeable
My experience with Palm Beach Tan has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the beginning, there were issues with how my information was handled. Every time I visited the tanning salon, they couldn't find my account easily despite providing identification. It turns out they had my first name put in as "Angela" initially which is not my name or even the name on my license! Then, later my last name mysteriously was misspelled.
