Came in to tan. The time before I had been in to update my membership. Their card readers were down. Okay I'll get it next time. Well. Today they tack on a 10$ fee. Saying they don't have control of billing. Greedy boss, greedy service workers. Don't even deserve 1 star for customer service. ( and I work in service industry)
I brought in a coupon for a free spray tan a few months ago and the two girls working said that they weren’t sure if it was available or not still but I had found it still posted on their website that morning. Also, it was my first spray tan at this place. They ended up charging me full price with no explanation. Very unprofessional and I won’t be going back.
