Versa spray beds are probably 10+ years old. Sun tan city has much better sprays that allow for customization (face/legs only), unfortunately there aren’t any close by. Walked in at 8:46, 14 minutes before closing. They told me I couldn’t get a spray because there was ONE person waiting. Should either close at whatever time you’re going to turn paying customers away, or communicate people have to be there by a certain time in order to receive the service we’ve already paid monthly for. Would be nice if the tanning beds werent full of tanning lotion. Was prepared to bring my own supplies to clean the beds!
Extremely Disappointed with the Staff Behavior I had heard negative things about this place before but never gave it much thought, until today. Completely unacceptable. The way a customer was spoken to by the staff was shockingly unprofessional and downright rude. It’s clear there’s a serious lack of training and respect here. After hearing of this interaction... Palm Beach, do better. Your customers deserve more, and so do your employees, if that’s the environment they’re being trained in.

I wanted to share my experience at this location as I have not been here for months. It was good before I didn’t have any big complaints. But today there was an issue and all the girls were Nice, I want to shine a light on Ava today. She was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond and my daughter’s wedding is tomorrow so it was pretty important that things worked out in there.
