My daughter and I have been here multiple times and have spoken on the phone with numerous employees with random questions. They are fun, kind, honest, understanding, happy, genuine and very knowledgeable people. The facility is clean and inviting. We only go for spray tans and the booth(s) are well stocked with wipes and towels. We've gone to one other PBT and nope, it was not the same and I would not return there. But I will always go back to PBT on Wappoo 100%.

Just went there for my free tan. Definitely signing up for membership. Plus I'm pretty sure Miley Cyrus works there 😇

They will steal your money and trap you. I came here just to get tan for a special event, I told them multiple times. They said it would be cheaper to start a membership and tan for a month and cancel anytime, so I did. Then when I went to cancel, they asked if I wanted to freeze my account for money every month and I said no. I don’t tan, I just wanted it before my event.. well they continued to charge me every month. I called to cancel and told them they had it wrong. I have been going to PBT on and off since high school. I was THRILLED when I found out they were coming to chs. This location has lived up to the PBT standard of customer service, cleanliness, timeliness that I have always been used to. The staff really stepped up during the transition. The manager, Brooke, is very knowledgable regarding products and getting your desired level of color, she is super sweet and helpful and great at her job. All of the girls there rock!
