As a store manager of a Palm Beach Tan myself, I hate to write a negative review. However, my daughter has a premier membership and has had nothing but problems from the Sherman location to use her membership. She’s even called me to talk to them. They seem to not be educated well on cross market tanning. As well as doesn’t even ask questions about where she wants to tan since they cannot see her history. They just threw her in the versa pro booth without even asking. And completely lied to her about her bronzers. Everytime ... read more

Always have such a great experience here! This location is very clean, and the staff is amazing. Shout to the manager Sam she’s great, and runs a tight ship. Can’t recommend enough!
I wanted to update a post from a small issue we had earlier last week... it was corrected and I must say the customer service by all the staff is top notch at this point and we truly appreciate the attention that was taken. We really enjoy the Palm Beach Tan and this location is one of the cleanest and nicest locations around...
I love the Sherman location! Sam and her team are the absolute best! I tan at all different locations but I keep coming back here because the staff is so wonderful. I will say that I wish they had an open sun at this location, it would make a world of difference!
