Drove over 10 miles just to find nobody there or nobody answering the phone. Supposed to open at 10 and 15 mins later still nobody there.
I have a membership with Palm Beach Tan out of Abilene, but can tan at any PBT. This was my first time going to a different salon and the experience was less than ideal. I wasn’t greeted and when Hailey (I think) did speak to me acted so annoyed that I felt uncomfortable. Once she found my account all she asked was “what do you want?” I told her what I normally do in Abilene and she just put me in a bed without any questions. Love the versa spa!
Came several times at 10am Sunday and no one was there to open. Here again on 7/21 and it’s 10:30. Still locked up. Guess you get what you pay for franchise owner!!
