Always understaffed! Feel bad for the people working there.
Keep changing hours. Got there in time and was turned away
So far, the new ownership seems to be going well. I do miss being offered a robe when I take advantage of the wellness side of my membership. However, they are working hard to keep us happy during the transition. The ladies seem much happier about working there. THIS IS NOT A BASH ON PREVIOUS OWNERS! I've enjoyed my many years as a member and hope Palm Beach will keep the feel-good vibes that brought me to GloSun to begin with. I will update my review accordingly
New ownership. COMPLETELY PRICE ME OUT of using the facilities. $59 for ONE tan. That used to buy 5 sessions. Won’t be back.
