I Love the service, the staff, the cleanliness, all around 10 out of 10
$33 for 7 minutes in the most basic bed. Not again.
Transferred my account from one state to another with ease Great customer service and knowledge of their structure and business Did not push too hard for upsale which I appreciated Offered a deal and reminded me that it would be a one time offer- then moved on and got me in and out quickly Great experience over all
Horrible customer service as well as poor business practices. They take advantage of silver linings, and charge as much as possible in order to squeeze every dime out of someone. The sauna did not work during my visit, and not only was I not granted a refund, I was denied when I asked for a little tanning lotion packet. “It doesn’t work like that”. There’s quite a few things that don’t work here. 1/10 wouldn’t recommend.
Beautiful store and beautiful people working there, always a pleasure to tan there.
