I don’t typically like leaving negative reviews, but my experience at the Mount Pleasant location this evening was extremely disappointing. This location closes at 8 PM on Fridays, and I arrived around 7 PM - an hour before closing. There were a few people in the waiting area, but it did not appear overly busy. The employee at the front desk took my name and asked if I wanted to do my usual service (I’m a member) or try something different. I have been to about 4 different Palm beach Tanning salons and have always decided to do Single sessions because I would get overwhelmed by the package options. But Tracy did a phenomenal job at the Charleston location. I’m looking forward to my tanning experiences. Her knowledge was very insightful and not at all overwhelming to me. I got a location and a premium membership thanks to Tracy
I love the ladies who work here. Always make my day!
